Danielle has been in Girl Scouts for 10 years and is a Girl Scout Ambassador and ex officio girl board member. She has earned the Girl Scout Bronze and Silver awards, Presidential Gold Award, and is currently working toward her Girl Scout Gold Award project, Cyber-Bullying Stops with Me. She is the President of TAGS (Teen Association of Girl Scouts) an organization she created for older Girl Scouts. She participates in several extracurricular activities including student council, Health Careers Students of America, Interact Club and Varsity Choir for Health Careers High School. Danielle aspires to be an anesthesiologist and looks forward to sharing her positive experience with other girls and becoming the voice for girls across GSSWT’s 21 counties. Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, friends, reading, playing sports, hunting, painting and drawing. She thanks her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel and Lucy Gutierrez, for their support in her many endeavors. Her mom always tells her “life is too short so live your live like there is no tomorrow.” She does this by having fun in Girl Scouts and working hard to accomplish her goals.
