Girl Scout Leadership Institute
It is a triennial conference that provides girls 14 and older with three days of leadership skill-building activities tied to the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE).

Girls tell us they want to make a real difference in the world, so GSLI 2014 will focus on big issues that girls across the country and around the globe are passionate about.

Cookies & Camp

Cookie Program: Girls learn five valuable skills while selling cookies

Fall Product Program: Girls learn leadership skills including financial literacy and goal-setting

Resident Camp at La Jita: Resident camp sessions will take place at Camp La Jita, a beautiful 236-acre camp situated on the Sabinal River near Utopia. Girls can attend one- and two-week sessions living in rustic cabins.

Day Camp at Camp Metro: Camp sessions will be offered at the West Side Girl Scout Leadership Center  and offer girls the opportunity to get hands-on experience and explore skills in a variety of thematic areas, including community service, cultural arts, healthy living, environmental awareness and so much more.

World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts:
The worlds largest voluntary organization for girls and young women.

Destinations:
Trips designed for individual Girl Scouts from across the nation and globe. The regular application period has now closed (Feb 20), but many trips still have spaces available. If you're interested in a fantastic opportunity please contact Becky Jennings at 210-319-5775 ext. 411.
