Trefoil 2022 Honoree
For more than 30 years, Tracy Wolff has tirelessly served our community, making a tremendous difference in the lives of local children and families. Perhaps the capstone of her decades-long history of leadership and service in our community, Tracy founded and serves as president of the Hidalgo Foundation. In this capacity, she led the capital campaign and spearheaded the efforts to create Bexar County Children’s Court, which is the first of its kind in Texas and only the second in the nation. The Children’s Court is a place where children can feel comfortable and safe while going through the court system. Tracy and her husband, Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff, are the ultimate dynamic duo, so it’s not surprising she also helped create and raise significant funding for BiblioTech, the first-ever, all-digital library in the U.S., which is free to all Bexar County residents. Through BiblioTech, the community has access to more than 40,000 current titles and classics, opening the door for learning and success to area children.
