This two-part blended learning course includes an online portion and an in-person skills session.
The 3-hour online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-person skills session and requires a PC or tablet with a high-speed Internet connection (https://redcrosslearning.com/course/4e7b4fa0-48c1-11ec-8de6-71f4ba764f98).

Upon successful completion of this two-part course (online portion and in-person skills session) you will receive a digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.
This course meets GSSWT requirements for a level 1 first aider and Troop First Aid/CPR Manager for adult volunteers.
This event is for registered adult volunteers and girls in grades 6-12. 

 

NOTE: 

Part of the in-person skill check requires enough strength to give proper chest compressions to a manikin.
Participants should demonstrate maturity in class and may be asked to leave if they are disruptive.
