Learn how to confidently lead and participate in a Girl Scout-style flag ceremony in this focused, 30-minute Skill Boost. This session breaks down the purpose, parts, and proper handling involved in opening and closing ceremonies, making it perfect for troops preparing for events, ceremonies, or meetings.

Participants will learn correct flag etiquette, basic commands, positioning, and the flow of a complete flag ceremony. Whether you're brand new to ceremonies or want a refresher, this session helps remove the guesswork and build confidence.

What to Expect:

Overview of flag etiquette and respectful handling.

Step-by-step walk-through of an opening and closing ceremony.

Common commands and roles explained.

Tips for coaching girls and adapting ceremonies for different settings.

Time & Format:

30-minute sessions - After registration, a follow-up email will be sent to each participant to choose their session time.
