Early Bird 2024
Ultimate Early Bird Renewal for 2024-25 is April 1-5! Girls who renew during this period will receive a beach towel and Early Bird patch.
Regular Early Bird Renewal is April 6-July 31, and girls who renew during this period will receive a special patch.
Troop Ultimate Early Bird Renewal Incentives
Renew your troop early! You can receive a bonus of 7% proceeds (on top of 18% regular proceeds, for a total of 25%!) during the 2024 Fall Product Program if your troop meets the following requirements by April 5 except where noted:
- Renew 75% of registered girl members (on roster as of March 31).
- Renew 50% of registered adult members (on roster as of March 31). Two of these must be in the co-leader roles.
- Troops must be in good standing with the council.*
- Must have participated in the 2024 Girl Scout Cookie Program.
- Must have submitted a 2024 Cookie End-of-Program Report by March 4.
- Must submit a fully completed June Troop Financial Report by close of business this coming June 15.
Community Early Bird Renewal Incentives
Renew your Community members early! Communities can receive up to $300 if they meet the following requirements by July 31:
- Increase Lifetime Membership by 10 members to receive $200.
- Renew 50% of registered girl members and 50% of registered adult members (on roster as of March 31) to receive $100.
*Good standing means the troop has no outstanding debt owed to the council, all troop co-leaders have a current, approved background check and a current [2023/24] Girl Scout membership, and troop bank account is in council compliance.
