Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas partners with San Antonio’s leading organizations for the Patch Partner Program in which we offer one-of-a-kind patches designed to give girls the skills they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Each patch’s curriculum is aligned with the Texas Education Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) standards for public schools, taking education beyond the classroom in each patch partner’s area of expertise or social responsibility.
The City of San Antonio, CPS Energy, H-E-B, Shining Star ENERGY, Texas A&M San Antonio, The Tobin Endowment, Valero Energy, and Wells Fargo have taken the lead in supporting Girl Scouts through these programs.
Troops and girls can earn these patches on their own, and they can also earn them on a rotating basis at Second Saturdays at the Sally Cheever Girl Scout Leadership Center. Check our Events Calendar to find the latest program.
