Let’s have some fun!

Try new things, make new friends, and go on adventures with Girl Scouts.

Whether you’re already or a member or are interested in joining, we have events ready for you. Events that require Girl Scout membership are noted, as are the Girl Scout Grade Levels or Adult age requirements and if an event is open to the community (friends and family).

Girls may participate individually or as part of a troop. Adult chaperones are required unless otherwise noted.

Full payment must be made at the time of registration for all programs with fees. Program fees are non-transferable. Even if an event is free, we ask that you register to help those running the event.

Questions? Contact our Customer Care team at customercare@girlscouts-swtx.org or 210-349-2404 (toll free 800-580-7247).

  3. Use the + sign button to designate how many girls/adults you are registering for the event, then click the Log In.
You will be directed to the MyGS website. An account is required to be able to register for events on MyGS. Learn more about MyGS on our For Volunteers page.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete registration and process your payment.
You can continue to search for events through MyGS or return to our calendar or list to search.

Refunds: Refunds generally take seven to 10 business days to process unless otherwise mentioned. If a program is canceled by the council for any reason, a full refund will be given one to two business days of the cancellation.

If a cancellation is made by the customer no later than two weeks prior to the program, the customer will receive a refund minus the deposit fee or 25 percent. If a cancellation is made by the customer within two weeks of the program, a refund will not be given.

Cancellations: “No-shows” are not eligible for any refund due to expenses incurred.

Please remember that the program you are applying for may be full before the Financial Assistance is approved and processed.
