capable leaders! 5 Skills for Girls and Leadership Outcomes focuses on
five key areas-goal setting, collaboration, problem-solving,
self-confidence, and decision-making-that foster strong leadership
qualities in girls. In this training, you'll learn how to incorporate
these skills into your troop activities and support girls in
developing the tools they need to succeed both now and in the
future.
This session will cover practical strategies for
guiding girls through each skill, along with the leadership outcomes
that result from mastering them. Empower your girls to lead with
confidence, work collaboratively, and face challenges with
resilience-setting them up for success as they grow.
