"Sisterhood is at the heart of the Girl Scout experience.
Building Sisterhood is a training designed to help leaders foster a
strong sense of unity, friendship, and respect within their troop.
Learn how to create an inclusive, supportive environment where girls
feel valued, empowered, and connected to one another.
We'll explore activities and strategies to promote teamwork, conflict
resolution, and communication, as well as how to celebrate diversity
and strengthen the bonds between girls. By focusing on building
sisterhood, you'll help your girls develop lifelong friendships and
leadership skills that extend far beyond their time in Girl Scouts."
