Girl Scout Cadettes, take the next step on your leadership journey by joining the camp leadership team! This training is designed for girls who are interested in serving as Program Aides (PAs) at Camp Metro. (We will not have PAs at Camp La Jita in Summer 2026.) Learn how to apply your skills by working with younger girls. This training will review the requirements and steps to become a camp PA, provide opportunities to practice songs and games, define expectations for PAs at camp, and give you tips and tricks for working with different age groups.

Camp Program Aide Handbook and lunch are included in the program fee.

You can become a Camp Program Aide by:
1. Earning the Program Aide Award.
2. Attending a council-sponsored Camp Program Aide Training.
3. Working with younger girls for a total of at least 8 hours.

This is a drop-off event. Girl ratio will be met by GSSWT staff and volunteers.
