Keep meetings and activities running smoothly with the power of kaper charts! This 30-minute Skill Boost teaches participants how to create and use kaper charts to share responsibility, build leadership, and keep things fair and girl-led.

Participants will learn what kaper charts are, why they're used in Girl Scouts, and how to design charts that work for meetings, campouts, events, and clean-up routines. This session is especially helpful for troops looking to increase girl involvement and accountability.

What to Expect:

Overview of what kaper charts are and their purpose.

Examples of different types of kaper charts.

Tips for rotating roles and encouraging participation.

Ideas for adapting kaper charts to fit your troop's needs.

Time & Format:

30-minute sessions - After registration, a follow-up email will be sent to each participant to choose their session time.
