Keeping Girls Engaged: Meetings They'll Want to Attend is designed to
help leaders transform their meetings into experiences girls are
excited about, talk about, and keep coming back for.
In
this session, we'll break down why engagement drops and what actually
keeps girls invested-from giving them meaningful leadership
opportunities to building in choice, creativity, and just the right
amount of controlled chaos. You'll walk away with ready-to-use
strategies for structuring meetings, managing different personalities,
and creating an environment where every girl feels included, heard,
and energized.
Whether you're leading Daisies or
Ambassadors, this training will help you shift from "we have a
meeting tonight" to "we get to go to Girl Scouts tonight!"
