Program Materials

During this time with COVID-19, the health and safety of our volunteers, girls and member families is our top priority, and we will ensure to keep you informed and pivot the program as needed. It is then always up to the girl and her family to decide if and how they feel comfortable participating in the Girl Scout Cookie Program.

We greatly appreciate your continued flexibility and patience. And we thank you for your commitment to our mission to build girls of courage, confidence and character during such unprecedented times.

We encourage troops to use their Troop URL to process credit cards through Digital Cookie (see p. 10 in TCM Companion). However, troops still have the option to utilize Square to accept credit cards at booths but the processing fee may not be passed off to the customer and will not be reimbursed by GSSWT.

All Square accounts for troops are set up and operated at the troop level, and must be connected to a council-approved troop bank account.
